They have registered with the National Missing Persons Database and are setting up a search fund at a local bank.

Since he thinks that the emergency full custody order for the mom does not apply until the paperwork is recieved-he may just decide to stay with friends in the mountains and wait it out

Wouldn't the order be in effect as soon as the judge signs it?

Oh and by the way, my children have been place in life threatening situations INCLUDING one of them being hospitalized for neglect DURING the trial... the judge still gave them back to the mother. I can understand why some fathers lose it.

Good evening all. Thank you all so much for your prayers and kinds thoughts. No baby yet. It's Tuesday June 25, 7PM.

Will keep you all posted. This is the first time I've been on FR today. I've been busy with the other 3 grandkids and waiting by the phone.

I would like to say this. I don't think I disagree with the father's right to see his children. That is not the issue here right now. The parents can argue the custody issue once they get into court.

The issue is the save return of this 2 year old. Let's stay focused and let us not stop praying for Billy.

On behalf of myself and my family, we would like to say thank you to all of you who have decided to help my daughter bring Billy home.

We are deeply grateful. I hope this is all over soon and we can all be relieved. God bless you all.

I have three kids, 18, 17 and 16. I don't obsece over the fractional percentage that they'll be involved in violence. That would be along the lines of Mrs. Yates thinking. Female maladies are vicious and calculated acts of unmentionable cruelty. We can't speak of the equality of evil.

DJ88 is just saying what she'd do if her kids were put in harm's way; I doubt if she's currently in a bunker surrounded by sandbags and razor-wire with a .50 BMG trained on all comers...
