Wouldn't the order be in effect as soon as the judge signs it?

uhn yah, the order has been in effect since june 20th after the judge signed it as soon as possible to get into court and that was fairly fast but given thee circumstance it was done right away on the 20th. On the 21st was when I was able to file him as missing officially. Have to love the slowness of the legal system sometimes.
