I have the stories saved in one Microsoft Word document for any who doubt I didn't research this, or omitted, included at whim.
Much of the reason I did this is because of the speculation, credited to FReeper The Magical Mischief Tour, that Padilla resembles John Doe #2 from the OKC Bombing. There were a number of questions about his whereabouts during the bombing, and I noticed no concise answer, because every media source seemed to have a different idea of where he was/when.
There are a number of repeats in the timeline, where you'll see they agree. You'll also notice several overlapping dates.
You'll also see the OKC bombing dates, where a strange thing happened, Padilla "disappeared" according to his mosque.
