Thank, Dales for recycling this POS, Clark, and what he and his followers have done to this nation for decades.

Every lefty that Clark has hypnotized into hating America has spent their entire adult lives as losers who hate America, Americans, our military and would support all of our enemies. They love every from the killers of N. VietNam, and any commy who killed thousands of his own people from Tio Fidel to Mao, to the thugs in NK and of course the commies who killed millions in the USSR.

Now they are supporting the Islamic mass murderers from the moment the first plane hit the WTC. From college Deans/professors, students to the unemployed anarchists to lefties in congress, they and the leftist mediots have rallied around and supported the Islamic mass murderers with the same zeal communist mass murderers were supported since the 1960's.

"So what is the real story with Abdullah Al Mujahir?"

His status (charges) changes. He was picked up on a weapons charge or something like that...but than Zebadyah sang, and Mujahir confessed....now it's charges amounting to treason. The DOJ apparently thinks it has a case to prove treason...maybe there are two more eyewitnesses to back up Mujahir's confesseion and Zebadyah's testimony. I don't know. But if the DOJ believes it's got a good enough case to warrent such a transfer, I'm willing to believe it.

Yes, he is an American Citizen now, but that doesn't mean that at one time he wasn't an illegal alien who later received amnesty

Why is that the way you got your citizenship? The man was born in Brooklyn. No, I dont know if his mother was a citizen but it doesnt make any difference. The guy has been a citizen of this country for perhaps 30 years.

"He's only just been turned over to the Defense Department. It'll take the department time to decide on the disposition of the case."

WHY? How is Moussaoui case any different?

Can you imagine how Mueller must have been laughing inside as he answered questions from Leaky Leahy's committee last week?

I have to chuckle, because if these guys were followed and arrested on May 8th or so -- Mueller had to know!

"Hahahaha, Leaky Leahy; I know something you don't know!"

"With any luck, this war may rid us of rap music as well as political correctness."

I'm with you...one can dream...dreams are freee.

Another thing I HOPE the fed is doing is analyising the words to hate rap music...as well as the "composers" and err...rappers of those words. Clues.

PS: Ashcroft said he was being handed over to the Military to be detained. NOT CHARGED!

While I don't agree with your opinings on this thread, I will confess to having the exact same question about Mouusaui and Johnny Jihad. I would like some consistency here.

careful..."hate" is not an acceptable word. You are simply not culturally attracted to rap music and it's poetic verse and expression.

Moussaoui could have been tried by military commission under the president's executive order. That executive order, however, reserved the decision to the president. My recollection is that the president decided not to try Moussaoui by military commission.

Apparently the decision has been to handle this guy Padilla through military commission. It was my understanding from the press conference this morning that that decision too was made at the presidential level.

The reason for the difference may be the possible harm that revealing evidence in each of the two cases might do. Alternatively, the administration may have learned something from how Moussaoui's and Walker's lawyers have behaved.

Again so what! Bull to DOJ! If that was the case the US Attorney would have had him charged that way. Secondly, I don't care what charges were issued. He was attested on US SOIL. He is a US Citizen. My information is he cleared through Customs, WHY? Meaning he was allowed through the Custom Zone. That means he has every Constitutional right granted any American Citizen. Otherwise they would have arrested him inside the custom zone where the Constitution does not apply.

Why could the US Attorney not prove his/her case in federal court? Why detain him using the Military? Why not have him charged?

I'm leaning towards the latter, personally. We're not about to lose intelligence sources, or risk our people. Hopefully, the judges won't mess around too much. Do you know anything about the judges who are handling these two cases?

How are we going to stop people like that guy? This -ism is too popular in the black culture (as this caller seemed to be) and how do we deal with the part of that population who thinks this country is not worth saving?

We stop him with the actions the President is trying to take. We stop being BLEEDING HEARTS when it comes to this Nations security! And, we phone tap. (Can't ya just hear the liberal press and ACLU'ers on that one!!!)

As to your second question "How do we deal with the part of that population who thinks this country is not worth saving?".. we deport them, or put them in Federal Prison for treason.

Just my humble opinion..and I feel like you do!!!

FRegards!!

Because any sleeper agents like this Jose Padilla have exactly the same rights and privileges of citizenship as idiots like you

Not really. Sleeper agents can be considered unlawful combatants and tried in military tribunals.

Because he is an unlawful combatant hanging with other unlawful combatants and it is easier to round up the rest of the unlawful comabatants with the same color do-rag if they are kept in the dark about bro number 1?

A friend of mine from law school clerked for Judge Ellis, who is handling one of the cases (the Walker case, I think.) Ellis is a real straight arrow.

Its hard to take your request seriously as a principled stand since I dont recall you making any similar requests when others on this thread were bad mouthing Islam.

"While I don't agree with your opinings on this thread, I will confess to having the exact same question about Mouusaui and Johnny Jihad. I would like some consistency here."

My opinions in this thread stand as is. I also stated early on I might modify them as I learned more details. Well I have learned more details in which I am not happy with. If this guy is a National Security Threat I could careless if they held him on a DUI charge. As long as we followed the Constitution equal to all.

When we don't that bothers me. I said early on during 911 that we should suspend the Habeas Corpus provisions of the Constitution. Its the Constitution that will be used against us. But since we did not. Then we follow the rule of law to the letter. I am just getting bad feelings about this.

I expect the Attorney General of the United States and the President of the United States to be able to explain some of these events as they unfold. Not just pass them off.
