From personal experience of crap that people pull on the net, it's more than likely that this is a site made by one of his enemies. I am sure he has plenty. The site sounds like a prank.
When the Lewinsky scandal broke, there were no less than 10 sites and AOL screen names that popped up all claiming that they were Monica.
Don't believe everything you read.
