Fox News Channel ^

Bizarre case, and Neil Cavuto has Greta Van Cistern as commentator. If you can handle that, tune in to FNC and see what the verdict is...

She was one hot lesbo...-did that influence the 'Howard Stern' portion of the jury?

The adopted son of these defendants is a leader in the Aryan Brotherhood. ("Cornfed" Schneider is name--but I cannot remember his first name). Allegedly--and the depositions in the civil suit should be fun--they adopted Cornfed because they wanted a 3-way marriage. Alternately, they wanted to be able to manage his money should anything happen to him in prison. Or both.

Check out:

Bestiality and the Berkeley Syndrome

Robert Noel said the nude photos of his wife found in his adopted son's prison cell were a private matter. He stated that it was nothing deviant and reminded reporters that it wasn't long ago that homosexuals were considered deviant. He added that at least he and his wife weren't Republicans.

Makes me doubly glad for the verdict.

Dogs that people are having "sex" with kill a woman that has "sex" with another woman? Well, at least for now beastiality is seen in a less light as lesbiality?

They would have gotten off if the people involved where "transgender" types that screwed their cats. And the cats killed the poor lesbian.

And Russell-OJ-van Dam-Yates is still running the streets to the next TV station or out trying to sue more people than Larry Klayman has.

Only in America.....

I hear the dog got the death penalty!

Both dogs got the needle, and one was not even present at the scene of the crime. Must have been a "conspiracy" kind of charge against the other dog.

Where are the 'Animal Rights' people on this case? What about due process for the dogs? Why not a jury of its peers?

Can you imagine a jury box full of dogs? How may dog biscuits would you have to go through just to hold their attention?

In a sickening way Marjorie was training the dogs to hunt by womans internal body scent.

I would even venture a bet that the Lacrosse coach was on her moons when the attack took place. The blood probably drove the dog into a feeding frenzy..betcha that wont make it on Court TV for the re-trial (if it is thrown out as double jeopardy)

Oh, that is so disgusting. Then to think that the victim was a lesbian! Now I understand why the lawyer was claiming that her clients were being persecuted by the gay community because the victim was a lesbian and why they asked for a change of venue. They were paranoid about their neo-nazi connections. What a sewer San Fransico must be! Yuck!

So, what was the criminal enterprise that the dogs were bred to defend? What is the client in jail for?

                  ABC NEWS (AP) Report Excerpt

Sgt. Joe Akin, a guard at the prison, said he discovered letters indicating the dogs bit a blind woman and her dog
on two separate occasions, according to an affidavit supporting an additional search of the cell.

                  Evidence of Bestiality
"Akin also found a letter disguised as legal mail addressed to Schneider from either Noel or Knoller regarding
sexual activity between Noel, Knoller and the dog Bane," along with nude photos of Knoller, wrote Carlos
Sanchez, a top investigator for the San Francisco District Attorney's office.

Sanchez told San Francisco Superior Court Judge Lenard Louie that investigators believed the dogs Hera and
Bane were being sexually assaulted by Noel and Knoller — an allegation that has not resulted in any charges.

Under California law, sexually assaulting an animal is a misdemeanor.

Fred Gardner, spokesman for District Attorney Terence Hallinan, said Friday it was not up to Hallinan to decide
                  whether to include sex-related charges.

"The grand jury reviewed the evidence and returned the indictments," Gardner said.

While neither Noel nor Knoller has directly addressed the sex allegations publicly, Noel has said it's nobody's
                  business.

"There used to be a time when guy-on-guy or woman-on-woman relationships were looked at as unnatural acts,"
Noel told the San Francisco Chronicle last month. "What concern is it to anybody if there is or isn't a personal
                  relationship?"

                   Second Report

                   ABC News (AP)

Did Sex Abuse Spur Deadly Attack?

The documents also include a letter, described as being written by either
Knoller or Noel, discussing sexual activity between the couple and the male
                   dog, Bane.

Investigators were looking into the possibility that sexual abuse of the animals
may have spurred the attack on Whipple, a 33-year-old lacrosse coach.

Neither Knoller nor Noel has been charged with sexual assault on the
                   animals.

The trifecta- Racists, Beastiality, and no sense of shame or sorrow.

Hey, Mr. Noel, to a lot of us, they still are.

LOL! I was thinking after I posted that about an idea for a cartoon. We've all seen the sing on a back yard fence:
Beware of Dog!

I envisioned a cartoon of a dog hammering a nail in the back yard for a sign that says:

Beware of Courts!
