Nah, this was simply a case of another male sex partner going berserk. I never thought that justice would be done in this case. The day of the mauling death was a very sad day. Today isn't.
No human being deserves to die like that. It could have been avoided very easily. The warning signs were numerous.

If I were Marjorie Knoller, I would have stood up and faced the jury and said..."AND OJ IS WALKING AROUND FREE" ?No, that's what her idiot lawyer would say. Of course, Nedra Ruiz has a contempt hearing coming up in May for her behavior in this case, so all it'd do is make the fine bigger & the jail time longer.

As I understood the charges, the woman was charged with 2nd degree murder and her husband with manslaughter because he was not present at the time of the attack. The dogs belonged to a former client who is in prison and was adopted by the lawyer couple. The dogs were bred and trained as attack dogs to protect the criminal enterprise that the client was involved with. This was a very just verdict. If you want to own dogs like that, you can't live in an apartment complex.

In today's world people are not responsible for their actions but ARE responsible for their dog's actions. woof. woof. I have no studied opinion on this case but this is how the verdict struck me for some reason.

Not a rumour- I read the Rolling Stone article when they reported that the dogs were being trained to sexually graitfy Majorie's private parts while the husband and the prisioners watched.
Real sickos, they had done it before.

Two dogs, there were two presa canario dogs in that apartment. Both were put down afterwards, but they fought to keep them alive.
