Ila Belov, 22, hit the girl during a clash and attempted to play the victim.
He was nailed three months ago for the terrifying assault in Dundee, when the girl was aged 12.
But his sentencing was delayed again and blamed on issues with social workers.
His victim’s mother, who can’t be named, said: “I’m absolutely raging.
“This is just a joke. It’s just piling the stress and the pressure on my daughter.
“He’s walking about with a smug grin on his face while she’s too scared to go anywhere.
“This needs to be dealt with so we can move on. We can’t do that when it’s still hanging over our heads.”
Bulgarian Belov was found guilty of following the child and three other girls aged 12 to 14 as they headed to a bus stop in Lochee, Dundee.
he approached the 12-year-old and said: “Come here sexy. I will show you how to have a good time.”
When the terrified girl pulled out the blades to scare him off, he shoved her over, causing her to hit her head on a railing
At the end of Belov’s trial, sentencing was delayed so social workers could meet with them and compile a report to help the sheriff come to a decision.
The reports were not available in August due to a breakdown in communications. Sheriff Tim Niven-Smith was forced to pause the sentencing again.
“It’s only fair to say it’s through no fault of Mr Belov that the report is not available.
“The social worker who has been allocated the case has been off sick. That seems to be the explanation as to why there’s no report.”
Belov revealed he was sacked from his factory job as a result of the fallout from the viral video.

Something we learn from this population replacement immigration, is that the era of humans doing horrors isn’t over, in time there will be internal wars fought between these populations of nations and regions, and entire populations will be ejected and/or subjugated and with all the brutality and conflict that is part of that process.
History continues, and it will sure be ugly in the later parts of this century and in the next.

Seems so - the social worker most likely told the sheriff he is a racist and xenophobe for wanting to charge Belov. Of course, the report has been lost and the social worker out sick.
I'd be surprised if any sort of justice were ever served in this case.

Surely, there are some who believe Belov should not be walking around and take action to remove him permanently from the face of the earth.

Apparently no one understands that hoodies work with no regard to race. Dark night, dark alley, tight hoodie...no more Bulgarian grin.

Thugs are applying pressure in this case. And many others across Europe. Apparatchiks are compromised and do the bidding of their bosses, who are in the thrall of foreign criminals and cartels. Call me paranoid. Maybe I am. But the squishy, lefty-liberal do-gooder trope only goes so far in explaining this decades-old problem. Even for them the scales must fall from their eyes to see how they are being used. Criminals who blackmail or threaten bureaucrats, officials, and elected representatives—all who may be in on it, too—goes further. Just my opinion…
