Last month, the U.S. Department of Justice issued a press release announcing an investigation into gender self-identification policies in women’s prisons. The decision comes against the backdrop of mounting allegations of “rape, voyeurism, and a pervasive climate of sexual intimidation” in states where male inmates are housed according to their self-declared “gender identity.” Under the authority of the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Justice Department will determine whether facilities in California and Maine have exposed incarcerated women to “unconstitutional risks of harm from male inmates.”
Massachusetts should be the next jurisdiction on the list. Just west of Boston, the state’s MCI–Framingham facility houses at least 11 trans-identified men, including serial rapists, wife-murderers, and child molesters, whose presence imposes degrading and dangerous conditions on female inmates. (MCI–Framingham did not return a request for comment for this article.)
Charles Horton, a level-three sex offender, was sentenced in 2000 to one year of house arrest for raping a minor. In 2019, he was convicted of repeatedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old at gunpoint. He is now serving a 25- to 35-year sentence at MCI–Framingham as “Charlise.”
Wayne “Veronica” Raymond, classified as a “sexually dangerous person,” spent 24 years at the Massachusetts Treatment Center for sex offenders and was denied parole six times for failing to demonstrate rehabilitative progress. Records describe a manipulative personality and persistent “deviant fantasies,” noting that he has “only recently begun admitting to [his] sexually abusive behaviors.”
Kenneth Hunt, now “Katheena Soneeya,” was convicted of sexually assaulting and murdering two women, including his own cousin,...

If there’s any Wiggle Room when the topic is sex, certain kinds of men will find and exploit it, guaranteed.
That should be common knowledge of human nature.
The brigades will tell us that more Medicaid welfare is needed to
a) treat the mental health of those who exhibit mental health needs. Help them adjust to their self-identity which is obviously a mental health issue, not a moral issue.
b) treat the mental and physical health of the oppressed members of this oppressive society.
This is cruel and unusual punishment and I can’t believe it’s gotten this far.
DOJ Civil Rights should shut this down.
It is like putting women prisoners in an Iranian sex dungeon.
I cant imagine why, but if I were suddenly to be sentenced to prison, I would 100% suddenly realize I was a woman :)

Wow! Who could have ever possibly seen this coming? I say that as long as its happening behind bars, just consider it a democratic endorsed grand social experiment. Make observations and take notes. Interview the abusers and the abused. Do it over a span of oh, say, 5-15 years and then present a comprehensive report on the consequences of it all. Might maybe make another Scared Straight documentary?
The other incarcerated women there who abuse women are upset.
Since they put men into womens prisons just because the men identify as women, if the prisoners identify as innocent people or paroled prisoners, will they kick the prisoners out of jail and let them walk free?
Maybe if the identify as a dog, theyll go the pound.
You need to be insane to not see through this scam. Like sending a fat kid to a candy factory and not expecting him to eat anything.
