Nick Fuentes Was Charlie Kirk’s Bitter Enemy. Now He’s Becoming His Successor.

Charlie Kirk, the conservative influencer who was assassinated in September, and Nick Fuentes, the young Hitler-loving white nationalist at the center of a growing schism on the right, were bitter enemies.
Fuentes despised Kirk for his support of Israel, and, more broadly, for his efforts to marginalize Fuentes’s gleefully racist and fascist brand of politics. In 2019, seeking to expose Kirk as “anti-white” and a “fake patriot,” Fuentes organized his army of young fans — known as Groypers, after a variant on the alt-right Pepe the Frog meme — to flood events held by Kirk’s organization, Turning Point, and ask hostile questions. At one, they drove Donald Trump Jr. off the stage.
After Kirk was murdered, Fuentes, perhaps fearing he’d be blamed, disavowed violence. But he continued his attacks on Turning Point and accused Kirk’s widow, Erika, of being happy her husband was dead. “I am getting this vibe from her that she’s very fake,” he said.
Even as Fuentes defamed Kirk’s widow, powerful conservatives were engaged in a nationwide campaign to canonize Kirk and destroy progressives who maligned him. Guest-hosting Kirk’s podcast, JD Vance
urged listeners to report anyone celebrating Kirk’s death to their employers. In such an atmosphere, one might think that Fuentes’s stock on the right would have fallen. Instead, it’s risen higher than ever, revealing a seemingly unstoppable ratchet of radicalization on the right.
If you’re not familiar with Fuentes’s ideology, he helpfully distilled it on his streaming show, “America First,”
in March. “Jews are running society, women need to shut up,” he said, using an obscenity. “Blacks need to be imprisoned for the most part.” His sneering, proudly transgressive attitude has made him a hero to legions of mostly young men who resent all forms of political gatekeeping. The...

Typical Alinsky “Rules for Radicals” garbage.

In the NYT bubble, that is the narrative.
We must prove them wrong Erica Kirk resented a roadmap at the memorial - as difficult as it is to navigate in this everyday morass.

NYT wants this loser Fuentes to be like Kirk.
They have no similarities except Kirk was male and Fuentes likes males.

Fuentes will never be Charlie Kirk’s successor. They don’t live in the same lane. Fuentes is toxic poison.

With every one of these articles, I become more convinced that Nick Fuentes is the next incarnation of the Westboro Baptist Church-style agent provocateur whose sole purpose is to make MAGA look bad.

I have never heard a WORD about Fuentes, except from liberals.

With regard to Fuentes and Kirk, it does highlight a challenge that I am quite certain people are not yet ready to face, and, many will flat out refuse to face.
One of two things is true, but only one of two things, it cannot be both.
1) Nick Fuentes and those with his views as he defines them is on the right, is of the right, and represents the right.
2) Charlie Kirk and those with his views (primarily Constitutionalist, Christian) is on the right, is of the right, and represents the right.
So.
What is the right wing? It cannot be both, CANNOT be both, and it is not both. Obviously, since the two are clearly diametrically opposed. It is one or it is the other. This really needs to be sorted out.
Do we allow The New York Slimes tell us who we are? Do we get to choose of our own free will?

I almost feel like Fuentes is a leftist plant to draw out the racists on the right. His defenders are crawling out of the woodwork here, complaining that it's all the "Joos" fault that nobody likes them - what with their beady eyes, and being tight with a buck. And they sure do know their way around a violin - But they aren't anti-semitic. LOL.
I feel like I stumbled into some stormfront page by accident.

There are a few little details you missed—and that is what changed for Charlie Kirk in the last year of his life.
Some of Charlie’s troops began to have issues with foreign policy on Israel.
At first Charlie tried to change their minds.
When that failed he decided to go for the “big tent” strategy and accept that there would be disagreement on the issue among his people.
Charlie’s large contributors were not happy about this decision—and let Charlie know about it.
Charlie was not happy with what he viewed as meddling with his operation.
Charlie made public statements on this topic and felt like his pro Israel activities were not adequately appreciated.
In the weeks prior to his assassination he had more public complaints about his large contributors—and then one of them “cut him off” to the tune of two million dollars a year.
Charlie’s views then started to change—in the direction of Fuentes—not all the way there but part way there.
So—the conflict was in the process of being resolved.

To put it more specifically it’s whether the Republican party remains a Zionist party or moves to the real America first position where we quit involving ourselves with Israel’s problems and issue to the extent that we do now. Gonna be interesting to see how JD Vance threads that needle. Boomer want to continue with what the current situation is while the younger conservative generations definitely do not.
