Janella Marra says her "passion for compassionate healthcare" is reflected in her "focus on Women's and LGBT+ health." On the American Medical Association's website, her profile describes her as a "bisexual physician" who is an active leader in the American Women's Medical Association, especially on the "LGBTQIA+ subcommittee, and the Justice Diversity Equity and Inclusiveness committee."
That's how woke the United States military has gotten. But things are changing.

While it seems a bit harsh [a bit] there is a deadly mind virus that is attacking the brain and sinews of the DOD and it needs to be chased down, burned out and fumigated in every hidey hole in the entirety of the Pentagon. It might be easier and lest costly just to nuke the whole place a view held by about 95% of true combatants in each of the branches of our armed forces.
