Trump defends embattled AG Pam Bondi, says 'nobody cares about' Jeffrey Epstein

President Donald Trump on Saturday defended Attorney General Pam Bondi as doing a "fantastic job" after she came under fire from some Trump supporters over the Department of Justice’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files.

"What's going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?' They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB," Trump wrote in a lengthy post on Truth Social on Saturday. "We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening."

He referred to Epstein as the "guy who never dies," adding, "For years, it’s Epstein, over and over again."

He continued to question why people were "giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden administration."

Yep
Well said
Blob 1 Trump 0

You have to who or how many they sent to persuade him to take this step which has unfortunately hurt him

Bibi was just here

His supporters in Congress I’d imagine are part of it

“ you have to let this go or we can’t help u and your agenda”

And our own intel run by his people now telling him exposing this is too much”

Not to mention all the powerful Epstein knew wrapped in it

I hate it

I hope that Bongino will take comfort in having nabbed dozens of child predators instead of resigning. If he continues that work, it is possible he will uncover something big.

The perps are still being blackmailed by the people Epstein ran the operation for, and they will still be indulging their sickness other places.

You release the list so the public can vote them out and you place each of them under investigation, then you prosecute them for the new crimes you uncover.

It’s the only way to drain the swamp.

Let's see...corruption, possible blackmail, sexual exploitation, political exploitation, evading prosecution, coverups and JUSTICE denied.

Just SOME of the things involved here.

It is easy to talk about future plans when one is out of office. New Jersey drones, JFK or Epstein files...

If the democrats thought trump was on the list it would have been made public years ago. My thought is that this is part of the deal the politicians made to get them to vote for the spending bill. Democrats are strangely quiet about this smoking pressure cooker.

It’s bigger than Epstein. It’s about the Deep State, the wealthy and the elites getting away with criminal behavior.

In the current obsessive climate of viral conspiracies the state of play is worse than merely indicting the deep state and wealthy elites, it has become about national corruption co-opted by international espionage. In short, if one believes the conspiracy, it is about our own government and international governments subverting our constitutional system and stealing our government.

At some point in the life of these conspiracies one has to ask, where is the proof? One must hold the conspiratorialists rigorously to their burden of proof, otherwise we fall into the trap used by Democrats against Republicans: it is not the nature of the evidence but the severity of the crime that counts.

So far we don't have proof, but we do have straws in the wind. Are there enough anomalies to require a squeaky clean and transparent investigation, perhaps by a special counsel, to preserve the integrity of our governing system?

It is in the nature of conspiracies that resistance to inquiry only reinforces their momentum. We seem to have come to that point. The threat to Trump's reputation for integrity, as well as the growing political damage to the administration, has come to the point that some concession to transparency must be made.

Agreed but I was watching a clip of George Carlin that is appropriate here. There doesn’t have to be a conspiracy when interests converge. These people are all from the same circles, went to the same schools, have the same friends and they know what is good for THEM.

The reason it has been discussed for so long is because the powerful are getting away with it!

Exactly. The Epstein case isn't an isolated incident. Evil people run the world and Trump acts like it's not a big deal. They are the same evil people who want him dead. So if he's not willing to address the evil, what does that make him?

So far we don't have proof

If none of it is true, why did Epstein plead guilty to child prostitution charges in Florida in 2008? Seems like there was enough proof then.

Hey chica, dis you?

"If Trump does a 180 on this most sacred promise, I will have no choice but to turn my back on him and walk away. This will not be because I am a "sunshine soldier", but because DJT proved himself to be a poor General unworthy of trust."

I’m with Trump because I am happy he’s keeping the actual promises he campaigned on.

Releasing the Epstein files was one of those. Now, they don’t even exist.

I don’t care how long its been, the people want to know who was involved. Reasoning that its been too long or the prosecutions could not happen because of some taint or another just falls flat for me. Sounds a lot like its an ongoing blackmail operation. I think that might be important.
Why care about JFK files after all these years? I mean, geez, that was 60 years ago and every one involved is dead. Why does that even matter? [/s]

“Then it would have been used against him.”

Yeah that's the new narrative, but I believe there is probably both democrats, republicans, people in high places etc on “the list” and “in the files” so that's why the Democrats never bothered with the files as much. But when you have people in the current administration who ran on “releasing the files’ who built entire podcasts on that premise, who are on record saying this and that and a whole lot of people believing in a “democrat global pedo cabal” being covered up, saying now, oh there is nothing there” isn't going to cut it. Obama, Clinton and Biden made up the files? Let us see them then, should be no problem releasing these all of a sudden “fake files” then.
