We didn’t get to 102 yesterday like they said but we are getting some lighting and thunder today with a few sprinkles. It is supposed to get to 97 so it is muggy out.
Well, what a nuisance! My grandson inadvertently did something with my computer last night and I lost EVERYTHING. All my bookmarks, I couldn’t get into Chrome, and, needless to say, I couldn’t remember any sign-in information or passwords for anything. Many bad words muttered.
Granddaughter just got me back on, but most is lost.
Ooops didn’t finish the last post lol. Boy, I’m so techy bad!
Most everything back on my computer! Daughter worked on it and granddaughter as well. All I lost was my massive list of bookmarked articles, which I was meaning to clean out anyway. All is good in Judy’s computer world once again.

I wish I would lose mine. I keep thinking I would clean it out but then I would have to make decisions on what I want and what I can do without. I hate making decisions.
I got the biggest surprise in my garden. I planted Cantaloupe but never saw any Cantaloupe growing. So yesterday when my son and DIL took me out to lunch she took a look. To my surprise she found 3 growing. I found another one today. They are going to taste so good.
You wouldn’t catch me out picking anything in this heat. I wait until early morning or late at night to even check on my garden vegs to pick anything.

I was only in the hospital for four days, and came
home this past Monday, and it feels like I have been gone a month!
Please write if and when you feel up to it.
Recovery from this surgery is going to be vewy, vewy sloooow.

Makes me miss my little Gretchen girl.
Gretchen...a great name for a Dachshund.
They live forever in our hearts.
She belonged to one of my ladies at the assisted living center I worked at.
She had to get her adopted, or put her down.
I told her I would ask my hubby, but not to get her hopes up.
Surprisingly, he said ‘Yes!”
Gretchen was 12 at the time.
She lived to be about 17.5 yrs old, and died naturally in her sleep.
They sure do,ML/ltos!

Son and I went to late lunch /early dinner and a place called cousin Gary’s in Pilot Mountain North Carolina. A fav of his. Celebrating one year sober.
Interestingly enough this was my third meal in a restaurant this week. Outrageously weird as I normally go out very, very rarely to restaurants and only to those where I really like the food.
I had three different meals out and three different major disappointments. One with 3 GF a Greek restaurant . my homemade Greek salad was ridiculously better than the one served and the Greek spaghetti sorry,
sOn taco Tuesday another disappointment, the rice beans and main course just all pale next to what I make.
and yesterday I have a carnivore place and it was a fish buffet which Jeff got loved. I looked at the menu and chose probably the only thing I could get which was breakfast
had an omelette, shredded hash potatoes and a biscuit. All three were very, very inferior the egg cooked in something nasty not butter - a taste in it greasy hash potatoes mundane not seasoned at all. The biscuit dry and boring. This was $11. I’m glad cooking food fun for me. But every now and then restaurants helped me realize how much healthier it is and more tasty homemade is and more reasonable it is.
Will return to Cousin Gary as Son Jeff loved it. Next time i’ll just get the peach cobbler.

As I was perusing X last night, it seems that Sidney Powell’s referrals to the Anthony Weiner laptop are resurfacing. People are speculating that the emails and videos and pics on that laptop are most disturbing. They are relating to Hillary and her evil goings-on with children, including sacrifice, torture, etc. I’ve heard this for years and have always been somewhat skeptical.....but as more and more comes out about these people, I don’t dismiss these things as readily.
If what I’ve heard over the years is true, then I completely understand Bongino being shocked to his core. Numerous NY city cops took their lives (I think 9 out of 12) of those who viewed that laptop. True enough, public not ready for such evil.
