His 5 year old granddaughter however needs a liver transplant. Shes been on a trail medication that has given her more time

Hi Dolly, so glad to hear you have an AC. These temperatures have been horrific. When we moved here the average summer high was 85°. We’ve had nothing but 90s for two months.
I’m surviving, day by day, needing a surgery, but can’t even get to see the surgeon either that or have to travel to Asheville or Knoxville. It’s hard having painful conditions! I have an appointment with the nurse practitioner and physical therapist, hopefully that’ll help

Speaking of AC. After spending $17,000 on a new HVAC I am really pissed. I told them to be sure the unit would sufficiantly heat and cool my 2300 sq ft house. They assured me it would. It is a Japanise made Daikin made in Texas.
Well I don’t believe them. For the past week temps have been in the high 90’s and the system runs continually without stopping untill the outside temps get down to what I have the night-time set at which is 63 degrees. I hate to see what my electric bill is going to be.
Also while it runs it never feels very cool. They have come out so many times and just keep telling me that is the way they run. Lots of computer mechanism. Grrrr.
Typical problem. AC is purposely undersized. Constant running is ‘energy efficient’, comfort be damned. You might be stuck now given retrofit cosst.
