🚨INDISPUTABLE:

Impossible, therefore, for him to have shot JFK!

You might get some gunshot residue from any center fire cartridge and weapon, but it's not guaranteed. PLUS, it's a piss-poor test anyway—IF it's positive, all it means is that you have been in contact with or near a weapon that is firing or has fired. It doesn't mean you shot it. It's such a lousy test that the FBI etc. haven't used it for decades now. And it's not “powder burns,” which are actual burns on the body from black powder being deposited on the skin after being shot at relatively close range from a black powder weapon with the powder grains not totally burned up yet. That is, civil war stuff, not modern ammo. Whoever wrote about this “powder burns” “test result” as proof of Oswald not being involved is ignorant of firearms science.

Wasn’t the throat wound (entry) compromised when they cut the area to insert a tracheal tube?

Paraffin test is not routine, it is obsolete and not done anywhere today. It was supplanted by SEM with EDAX (scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive xray analysis), but even that is nearly worthless unless done quantitatively at multiple areas of the suspected shooter’s body, plus positive and negative controls, and collected soon after the suspected shooting. And again, it doesn’t say who shot the weapon, just that the test area came near to or into contact with a center fire weapon that has fired or is firing.

Whoever did it was a good shot. Hitting a guy in the bean in a moving car, that took some practice.

Or shoot 5.56 in an AR chambered for .223 long enough, “What’s that rattling?”
I’ve got a Rossi .357 you wouldn’t want to stand on either side.
‘Ozzie Rabbit’ was good with that Carcano from what I’ve read. Some people bored the barrel out, it was a good rifle.
If he tested negative in a paraffin test, F. Lee Bailey would have been on that like a duck on a June bug. Maybe that’s why Jack Rubenstein shot him. I like a good Dean Koontz conspiracy theory as much as the next guy.

If Stone wasn’t so frothing at the mouth about this, he might have wanted to see if it was gunshot residue...Roger Stone is a little inaccurate here. Oswald was not tested for powder burns, but rather for nitrates, which is evidence of gunpowder residue, and these residue tests are routine police work for any shooting suspect.
Oswald tested positive for nitrates on his hands, but negative for his face and cheeks.
The barium and antimony found on Oswald’s hands may have been deposited by the firing of a weapon. But they may instead have been deposited by other means: for example, the handling of new books (which have trace amounts of nitrates).
According to an FBI report to the Warren Commission: “At best, the analysis shows that Oswald may have fired a pistol, although this is by no means certain. … There is no basis for concluding that he also fired a rifle.”
The absence of residues on Oswald’s face and cheek meant that he almost certainly had not fired a rifle that day.

It probably was. But the ER docs at Parkland saw and documented that entry wound to the throat.
Clearly Oswald did not kill Kennedy.

I still believe the ultimate conspiracy is to deny Oswald shot Kennedy.
Oswald was a radical anti American Marxist who hated America.
He is precisely the same style radical leftists we deal with today.
Modern Marxists don’t want Americans knowing they assassinated a U.S. president because it make them look dangerous.
Therefore we are invited to believe every American and American institution could have done it but definitely not Oswald.

Possible, but not definite-Oswald went into a movie theater for awhile after shooting Tippet-there have always been restrooms with soap and hot water in theaters, and if Oswald was a spy-as one page of the docs say-he was not a total idiot-and any dumbass knows to wash hands and arms well, and brush/dab clothing with a couple of wet paper towels after committing a murder/murders. I’ve thought he did the hit since I was 14-my dad thought that, too-he was a LEO-he also thought that LBJ, maybe the CIA, and the mob were up to their asses in it...

Oswald was a Marine.
He learned to speak Russian.
Just think about it.

Adjusted for inflation it was a $272.00 surplus rifle. And there is a big difference between “powder burns” and “powder residue”.

This release of the documents doesn’t end anything, it is a actually a relaunch of the JFK book/conspiracy industry.
