On November 9, 2020, Miller was appointed as Acting Secretary of Defense, following the termination of Mark Esper. This occurred while President Trump was a lame duck.

Released just in time for Jao Bai-din to pardon Acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller.

Make no mistake, the Republican half of the UniParty made a deal with the Democrat half to overthrow the election of 2020 and attempt to block President Trump from running in 2024.

On January 20th, Chris Miller should be immediately arrested and charge with giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States by disobeying a direct order of his Commander-in-Chief.

This is stunning. Trump tried to keep everything safe, and everyone ignored him — from Pelosi to the military. Then they tried to pin the blame on him.

What a swamp D.C. is!

I know the President cannot pardon State crimes.

Can he pardon violations of UCMJ? A lot of bad things happened, at many levels of government, from 2017-2021, but the most dangerous by far were the acts of insubordination and refusal to follow orders from duly constituted authority that marked the Milley chairmanship.

Whatever is done with Milley, leaving his collaborators in a campaign to subvert civilian control of the military in place is unacceptable.

This is the same bullshit excuse that the Navy brass used when he ordered them to “Knock it off” when they continued going after Eddie Gallagher after he pardoned him. They said that his verbal command did not constitute a legal order and they received no written order telling them to knock it off.

Looks like the Army did the same thing to further the coup of 2020.

Wonder what happens when a PFC decides he needs a written order before obeying a verbal directive from an NCO or officer.

First thing strip his clearance. That hurts guys like him more than anything else. It’s a deep insult, and means they cannot take any job in DC or the contracting world they would love.

And cannot be appealed, the President is the final say.

Hey Liz, um...

I guess, I would look “Liz” if I was involved in treason?

that retarded look, with the big clown glasses and the sour face

You’re going to prison Liz. You’re going to be handed a cot and told to march to your cell.

That’s their argument—Trump is Hitler, they are saving the day. Hope it is not yours.

Can he pardon violations of UCMJ?

Yes. As Commander-in-Chief, he has the authority to pardon court-martial convictions.

โ€ ... time to repeal the 17th Amendmentโ€

Yes, indeed. The 17th Amendment has undermined the Republic long enough. Time to get Senators out of the constant preoccupation of seeking donors for their campaigns. Time for electors who know the candidates by more than just shallow TV ads. Repeal the ill-thought-out amendment.

I’d like to see this from more than one news source. Not that I would doubt it.
