Women from a university in Madhya Pradesh, India, have taken part in a new protest against men who have beards - because of the chafing caused when they kiss. Wearing beard wigs and holding placards that read “no clean shave, no love”, the women chanted as they marched through the streets of Indore. Onlookers could be seen giggling and filming the women as they protested.

Since apparently, all Muslim men must wear beards, I’m guessing there’s more to their aversion to beards than itching and tickling, since Muslims and Hindu don’t really get along.

My father never wore a mustache or beard, unlike his brothers. After my father passed away, my mother told me that his nose hairs bothered her. Always something for women to complain about.
Maybe the men should protest women getting fat and cutting their hair short.
For every girl who does not like beards there is some girl who does.
I guess I am lucky.
My husband looks smoking hot with a beard, goatee, or clean-shaven. Mustache alone doesn’t really suit his face and he never grew just a mustache.
Once you get past the first two weeks, the hair comes in soft.
I have a feeling some men don’t keep their beard neat and clean. Good hygiene counts.
Good luck with that protest. For many reasons it will be a struggle to build support. Most East Indian people are naturally very hairy, whereas most American Indians people are not. Both groups tend to have very smooth looking skin.
I have a friend who is half Portuguese. He could shave closely at 7AM, and have a 5’O Clock shadow that is noticeable. He says most Portuguese men grow beards easy.
I never knew that.

Too many men have no self awareness. The scrubbed, clean cut look is becoming a thing of the past. Neanderthals is the in look.
