The Neocons see war between NATO and Russia being both inevitable and desirable. In fact, they want that war to start now. That's why they want Harris, who can be manipulated as easily as Biden.
After 1945 it gets messy because we go to war as a participant of the UN (Korea) or using a Congressional Declaration Authorizing the Use of Force (everything else.)
You're right about Vietnam and everything after it. It's hard to define a rule when the issues are cloudy.
I am allergic to the preservatives in eyedrops that come in a little bottle. There is a kind called Refresh Plus which you use for only one or two days. It made a big difference.
If Trump does this, I can see the moderators jumping in to tell him he must stay within the question. I have no expectation that they will be in the least bit fair. They will be the standard propaganda media defense attorney for Kamala and prosecutor for Trump.
The only reason they were fair in the Trump Biden debate was because the media’s goal was to get rid of Biden. They succeeded. Now their goal is to defeat Trump.

I can’t tell you off hand but my regular eyedoctor assures me it is much improved.
The thing is though for years when I would take the refraction test and then he would write the Rx when I got the glasses I couldn’t stand to wear them and would go back to the glasses I had several years back. I don’t know if his machines were off or if he got a kickback from the catarack clinic for sending people there.
About the only difference I can tell now is whites and the sun is so much brighter I can’t stand it. :-)

That is what I have been using. Also tried Systane. Eye doctor told me to use any as long as they were preservative free.
