Again to your pic of shakshuka. I go a bit heavy on eggs, planning on one egg & smaller amount of the tomato mixture. I serve it with brown rice & a green vegetable -usually broccoli or green beans
The tomato composition is versatile depending how you go with spices: Asian, Mexican, italian. Also some use tomato paste + diced canned tomatoes (or fresh) ; anything you find tomato based your comfortable with

In 1960, David Latimer planted a tiny garden inside of a large glass bottle and sealed it shut. He opened the bottle 12 years later in 1972 to add some water and then sealed it for good. The self contained ecosystem has flourished for nearly 60 years.
For those who are wondering how this is even possible: the garden is a perfectly balanced and self-sufficient ecosystem. The bacteria in the compost eats the dead plants and breaks down the oxygen that is released by the plants, turning it into carbon dioxide, which is needed for photosynthesis. The bottle is essentially a microcosm of earth.

My mother took and old aquarium and made a Terrarium out of it. She put figurines in it too. I remember one being a statue of Jesus.

I just listened to the Trump rally.
That man (older than me) spoke at full speed, top volume, for nearly two hours. Not once did he cough, clear his throat, get mixed up, nothing. He must have bionic level lungs. I couldn’t get through 5 minutes of full-throated speaking without coughing or clearning my throat. Or just plain shutting up and resting lol.
That guy has to be in amazing health. Bobby Kennedy is going to have a pretty tough time telling us that McDonald’s burgers are bad for us!
He must have found the fountain of youth.
He could package his vitamin regiment and make lots of money.
