Former Maryland Gov. and U.S. Senate candidate Larry Hogan (R-MD) said Thursday on FNC’s “Your World” that he was “personally insulted” by former President Donald Trump’s comments about the race of Vice President Kamala Harris.
Hogan said, “I just really think we’ve got to focus on the issues and kind of avoid all of this gender-race kind of wild attacks. On the issues, there are clear differences between the candidates, and that is what they should focus on. I don’t think it is helpful to be shrinking the tent and alienating swing voters and turning people off. We can’t just keep playing to the base and expect to keep winning elections.
Host Neil Cavuto asked,”It is one thing to go after Kamala Harris and whether she’s black but the bigger concern for some in your party, maybe yourself as well, is when he attacks a popular Georgia governor.”

An attack on race is not only justified but mandatory.

“You ain’t black if you don’t vote for me”
Or Kamala saying she is black for the black vote.

If he wins and the senate is led by the GOP, he will get some sort of committee assignment. Every committee he leads will be effectively led by a democrat. Every investigation, draft legislation language, judicial nominee, it will all be done or not done according to democrat priorities. The dems know this, he is their poison pill.

Is Hogan a black woman?
Nobody seems to know what “race” the putative candidate for President on the Democrat ticket might be. The Tamil people of India, her mother’s side, and (mostly) Irish and Jamaican African on her father’s side.
Maybe the doctrine of “one drop” of sub-Saharan African blood does make a person “black” in the eyes of some, but nothing can be done about whatever your ancestors produced as parents.
“Que mala” Harris ain’t authentically black like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson, who are actually descendants of former African American slaves, and believe they have a legitimate gripe with white Southerners from 160 years ago.
“Que mala” has no such history. She is only American by birthright, and could not pass the test given to every applicant as part of the process of being granted naturalized citizenship. Her formative years were spent in Canada, and she only returned to attend college.
