Biden may be “ineffective”, but the Praetorian Guard that surrounds him is not much better at messaging either. “Doctor” Jill is just hysterical, and Hunter is still a stumblebum drug addict with a history of prevarication and perverse behavior. Joe’s “handlers”, the ones who prep him for public display, seem unable to get the psychoactive drugs right to keep him focused and at some level of coherence, and properly coached to read the teleprompter correctly. When Joe leaves the script, he is an absolute disaster, and there is NO walking that back or spinning the narrative to say it was “a slip of the tongue”.
