The Democrat-majority North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE) blocked Cornel West and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from the November general election ballot on Tuesday, upholding an earlier decision.
However, the board approved the Constitution Party, enabling the small party to include a candidate on the ballot.
Liberals West and RFK Jr., candidates for the Justice for All Party and the We the People Party, respectively, would likely siphon votes from Democrat President Joe Biden. The candidate for the conservative Constitution Party is expected to garner votes otherwise going to Biden’s challenger, former President Donald Trump.
As Breitbart News previously reported, Democrats Alan Hirsch, Jefferson Carmon, and Siobhan Millen on the NCSBE have been alleged to collude to block the voting rights of North Carolinians and boost Biden’s flailing campaign after immense pressure from national Democrats and Biden’s allies in Washington.
The Fair Election Fund — an election integrity watchdog that launched a $175,000 media blitz Monday, which includes ads targeting the three Democrats — has blasted the decision as politically biased. Its ruling came despite both West and Kennedy amassing enough petition signatures to qualify for the ballot.

To protect our democracy . . .
That’s actually good news for us.
How so?
That’s actually good news for us.“
No it is not. Both draw rat votes especially west. The Constitution party will of course draw Trump votes. The rats target the voting apparatus so they can do this kind of manipulating. They know how to conduct political warfare.
How?? Do tell! Other than making Democrats look like corrupt thugs... i hope its not the he pulls more votes fro m Trump than Biden argument- thats too risky a theory to hang our hat on! 🤔
Saving “Our Democray®”
Oops. “Our Democracy®”
See my tagline.
That is what real “election interference” looks like.
They always accuse us of doing what they are actually doing.
You are 100% correct! They know there are enough “conservatives” who think Trump isn’t conservative enough and who are easily fooled by the word “constitution” in the name of the party, that they would vote for it.
Never underestimate the stupidity of so called “conservatives”.
They know what they are doing. But there’s also some history of Pat Buchanan picking up some huge amount of votes in Palm Beach County that, if that had not happened, we would have had Pres. Gore.
DemocRats practicing democracy, banana republic style.
Lawsuit, lawsuit, lawsuit
Can’t have a white-majority discriminate against a Black candidate from the ballot that has more than enough signatures to qualify.
This is blatant discrimination by an election board that voted 3-2 as there are three Dems on it in a Republican state. See if we can file in the NC Supreme Court which we now control due to recent elections by a 6-1 majority.
I’m surprised democrats haven’t come up with fake crimes to use against the two of ‘em. You know - haul them into court and try to railroad them.
Maybe just keeping them off the ballot was enough - this time.
Democrats totalitarians... they lie about that too - all those lies they put out about ‘caring about democracy’ - it’s all crap. You’re right on that.
it would be enlightening to Msrs West and RFKjr.It would be more correct, for the election boardwhateever, to let them on the ballot, whether they feared FearlessFreep would get all his votes or not.
It is amazing that a party, separate from Demopubs, was alowed on the ballot!
If by “us” you mean Biden supporters, you are correct. However, if by “us” you mean upstanding Americans, you are wrong, wrong, WRONG!
RFK, Jr. has often, if not consistently, polled in double digits. There is no reasonable reason he should be blocked.
