The desperation from Democrats regarding Joe Biden is going into overdrive, and a final answer regarding his political future could come this week with the push of one particularly influential individual.
Axios on Sunday dropped an explosive report that a fast-growing number of Democrats are begging and plotting an intervention as Dementia Joe refuses to quit the Presidental race. They want everyone from the Obamas to congressional leaders to persuade Biden to drop out by this Friday.
Top Democrats want Biden out by then because they hope he will endorse Harris as his successor and help ward off an all-out brawl at the Democratic Convention in Chicago for the nomination.
Axios reports:
If Biden were to endorse Vice President Harris as the nominee, she’d need time to ramp up and pick a running mate. And if Biden didn’t anoint, there’d be a frenzy among governors and ambitious Democrats to try to win the nomination at the Democratic convention in Chicago in mid-August.
“The sh*t is going to hit the fan on Monday when Congress returns,” a House Democrat told Axios. “People are scared about their own races. But they’re also worried about the country, and about democracy.”
Several House members are reportedly close to speaking out publicly or signing letters telling Biden to give up. According to the outlet, these conversations will heat up this week.
A top Democrat operative told Axios that the only person oblivious to Biden’s perilous political position is Biden himself.
Indeed, Sunday’s Washington Post reveals that an adviser to big-monied Dem donors is saying that “for every 10 people who think he should exit, one thinks he should stay.” The story also notes that people who are “publicly vouching for Biden, at the behest of the White House and campaign, privately say there’s no path.”

Forget the 25th, it’s easier to impeach him in the House, 50% + 1 and convict him in the Senate (2/3rds) than via the 25th. Impeachment requires no action on the part of Kamala or the Cabinet. Crime? They found two for Trump, I’m sure they can find one for Brandon.

Biden wanted to rule like a third world leader he has to expect the same rules.
They have given up on winning POTUS. Picking Harris is about rallying the base to avoid downstream losses. That would be their play to keep the Senate and not deepen the GOP House majority. Look to hear the media fawn over Harris and her electability. Knowing full well she will lose.
The Dems need to nominate a Manchin type Dem to beat Trump but they are incapable of it.
This is very close to what I posted the day after the debate.
For Democrats, it's all about keeping the Senate and trying to re-take the HoR at this point to do one thing, and one thing only: Impeach Trump Again.
If they get the HoR and Senate, they'll impeach Trump in the HoR on their first day, then move it to the Senate where it won't have the required 2/3rds majority but that doesn't matter to them. They'll change the Senate rules somehow and force a majority rule vote to impeach & remove, forcing a Constitutional Crisis.
That's how much the Democrats hate Trump and the United States of America too.
For the Democrats, it's all about dividing us as a people and destroying the country in the process. This is their plan. #Bank on that.

Actually, the crimes are real, “obstruction of justice.” Getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired, interring with the Hunter Biden laptop story, interfering with Hunter Biden prosecution-investigation on taxes, and interfering with the “loss” calling it theft of his daughters diary.
Obstruction of justice was one of the charges against Trump.
