I wished an hour before the debate Trump would tweet out, “Hey Joe, are we doing a drug test? If not, debate’s off!”

President Trump should cancel. Perhaps this is what they are hoping for.
He should commit to answering all questions on his own, and post on TS, or, better yet, TS and X. It would be a great entry point to get back onto X.
If Joe gives a somewhat poor answer to any question, Trump should make a joke out of it — face the camera and say, “I know CNN has a two-minute delay on this, so you may have missed this. They may have edited it out. But Joe was just babbling incoherently for awhile. But I think they got him back on track now. Anyway, you asked me about housing in the US, and I will say this ...”

President Trump should back out now. This is patently a fix against him.
