That’s not an appellate issue.
A NeverTrump take?
Good idea, but a bit late?
Apparrent;y Enrogion ois still being a stick in the mud in relation t9 the Appea process. He must be pulling administrtaive shenannigans. Thuis the motion to recuse so they can get the true court record of the case to the Appeal Court.
More Marxist style machinations by Enrogin and his Court Clerk.
how is it wrong for him when someone else offers him UNSOLICITED advice?
Unless there is some other legal use of that term, it means someone gave him advice HE DIDNT ASK FOR. How would that be wrong?
I am NOT a fan or erngorn (i dont eve give a sh*t if I spell his name right) I think he deserves to be beaten with a stick..,[but don’t anyone do that!!]
... but how is this wrong?
Filed where? With the all-Black female appeals court?
Why not?
There isn’t an all black female appeals court.
Quoting the great movie Clue, “You’re a bit late for that!”
Could be.
I don’t get it either.
If a JUROR came forward and described this kind of interaction with an outside party, wouldn’t it be grounds for a mistrial?

Trump Lawyers File Motion to Remove Engoron From NYC Civil Fraud Case After it Was Revealed Judge Had ‘Improper’ Conversation with Real Estate Attorney
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/06/trump-lawyers-file-motion-remove-engoron-nyc-civil/
The real estate attorney, Adam Leitman Bailey, revealed he had a conversation about the Trump case with Engoron during an interview with NBC New York in February.
“I know he respects my real estate knowledge,” Bailey said. “So I gave it to him. I gave him everything I knew. He had a lot of questions, you know about certain cases. We went over it.”
Here’s the brief: [it is well written with the exception that the argument that the judge “had a lot of questions” during the ex parte communication should have been front and center in the brief.]
Clearly the judge is biased and it has affected the case and he should be off the trial, but it is NY.
Not going to work.
I’m fairly certain
Trump attorneys Alina Habba and Clifford Robert called for his recusal in a 24-page motion, after lawyer Adam Leitman Bailey told NBC-4 that he spoke with Engoron about the case.
“Allegations have surfaced revealing this Court may have engaged in actions fundamentally incompatible with the responsibilities attendant to donning the black robe and sitting in judgment,” the attorneys said in the motion.
The conversation reportedly took place in February, a couple of weeks before Engoron handed down his verdict.
Again?
