I read through several articles. Articles said that Dr Eithan Haim denies he released patients' names or any personal info against HIPAA. One article said DOJ didn't release specific charges.

The reporter that he gave the information to also says that the data was very carefully redacted.

The US Attorney is claiming that Haim accessed records without authorization but it seems to me that since he asked for access to be reinstated he could not have accessed the records if nobody had authorized his reinstatement.

Also, I’d like to know exactly what statute he is accused of violating. I looked on the TX US Attorney’s website and there weren’t any records there. I wonder if a person would have to look on a court website.

Then again, Donald Trump STILL doesn’t know what laws he supposedly violated for his 34 indictments. I doubt whether even the jurists could say what laws he broke.

Banana republic. Sick.

I’d like to know why Abbott hasn’t offered the doctor sanctuary and told the DOJ to F**K OFF

Yes, I was wondering if DOJ has decided that charges don’t need to be revealed to defendant anymore, because of Trump’s Hush Money trial.

I wonder if Children’s Hospital could be charged with lying to their donors/stockholders. I mean, if the government wants to get into the nitty-gritty of hospital/doctor administration issues...

What percentage of DOJ employees are members of the sexual weirdo community?

And what percentage of Americans are?

It’s time for Washington to look like the rest of America... and in the same percentages.

According to Tucker Carlson there is a LOT of sexual perversion on the Hill.

And in the agencies? I suspect probably just as bad if not worse.

Can Merchan’s wrongs now be used as precedent, as long as they continue to stand without rebuke from a higher court?

I’ve been thinking about the guy who claimed on the court FB page that his cousin was a juror and said - before the verdict was announced - that they were going to indict Trump. If that guy’s relationship to a juror was confirmed it should result in a mistrial. And now I wonder if that would have any impact on whether his rulings can be precedent for others.

Can federal crimes now be tried in state courts? Can defendants be left not knowing what specific crimes they have supposedly committed? Can defendants be gagged while their accusers can say whatever they want? Can jurors be asked to decide what crime the defendant committed - while experts on the particular crimes possible are not allowed to testify about what constitutes that crime?

These are questions that I believe need to be asked, and deserve answers.

This DOJ is a collection of partisan hacks. Democrats corrupt everything they touch.

A lower court ruling is not binding precedent.
