The reporter that he gave the information to also says that the data was very carefully redacted.

The US Attorney is claiming that Haim accessed records without authorization but it seems to me that since he asked for access to be reinstated he could not have accessed the records if nobody had authorized his reinstatement.

Also, I’d like to know exactly what statute he is accused of violating. I looked on the TX US Attorney’s website and there weren’t any records there. I wonder if a person would have to look on a court website.

Then again, Donald Trump STILL doesn’t know what laws he supposedly violated for his 34 indictments. I doubt whether even the jurists could say what laws he broke.

Banana republic. Sick.

Yes, I was wondering if DOJ has decided that charges don’t need to be revealed to defendant anymore, because of Trump’s Hush Money trial.
