Proof again we need to reopen the mental hospitals closed in the 1970s. When closed mass murder took off like a rocket and most of the shooter would have been in a mental facility had they not been closed and the 1950s standards for incarceration been in place.

This one chilled to the bones, I live a mile and a half from this. We heard ALOT of sirens about 5 on Saturday, way more than the usual traffic accident. Five minutes later the active shooter alerts came over phones. Needless to say I went into lock and load mode.

1) No criminal record, but what did local LE know and when did they know it about the perp?
2) And did the perp ever have any contact with the Feebs?
