I would assume for a high profile event like this, they would have shot him up with whatever the current “pay attention” drug cocktail is. If it didn’t work HERE, the debate (should it actually happen), could be something.

Some of this could be fake. The simplest explanation is that he's losing it and they will replace him in August. The most complicated is that he is pretending to freeze all by himself. My conspiracy theory is that he being drugged to lower expectations. Then he'll be given the other drug for the debates so he can yell about Charlottesville and January 6th. That's not difficult and he'll create plenty of material for the media to play over and over.
They are manipulators, that's all they do. They could care less if Joe drops dead after November but in the meantime they can create a feeble Joe strawman to knock down like they did with the NYPost the other day. The Post showed a narrower video of him wandering off. The wider video showed him wandering off. The puppet media then say the narrower view has the hallmarks of Russia disinformation.
