It’s not like this is a shocking survey. We’ve known that for years, the Palestinian people, the so-called innocent civilians, support Hamas. They voted them into power back in 2005 and have allowed the terror group to rule the Gaza Strip for nearly a generation.
The international community thinks Hamas can be reasoned with—are they taking hits from Hunter Biden’s crack pipe? You cannot if anything has shown us over the past few weeks and months. They’ve rejected every ceasefire proposal because civilian casualties are not a byproduct of their operations; it’s their agenda.
And the people here, for the most part, support Hamas. A new poll from the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research should kill any further talk of a ceasefire until Hamas has been eliminated and Israeli forces have set up security operations for the region. Enough. No one here supports a path to peace. Across the board, there is 60-plus percent support for the terror group, with roughly the same number rejecting a two-state solution. The exact figure delusionally thinks Hamas will win this war. Almost 70 percent support the 10/7 attacks.
If you want to understand why there is currently no path to peace, a new survey of Palestinians makes it clear.

It's why civilians helped Hamas detain Israeli hostages. They’re no different. It’s why I’m not really crying over the 100-200 ‘civilians’ who allegedly got wasted during Israel’s justified and successful rescue operation last weekend. They weren’t innocent people—they were terrorists who got what they deserved.
The Left can whine all they want. It doesn’t change the fact that they’re antisemites who’ve become the political whores for the radical Muslim world. Nix any further ceasefire talk and wipe out the terrorist scum in Gaza.

The majority of the Middle East does not care for either Israelis or Palestinians, and cares for Iran and her proxies even less. If Hamas loses, Iran loses. If Iran losing means Israel wins, that is acceptable as long as no one has to admit it.

Dubious. Gaza was disarmed, and smuggled in and explosives and made improvised terror rockets out of the pumping. Even disarmed, they are dangerous. Gaza cannot have self rule for at least fifty years. They cannot be allowed to run schools or hospitals without Israeli supervision and inspections. They cannot have a crust of bread or spoon (made of cheap plastic) not approved by Israel.

HAMAS truly represents the Palestinian people. They were democratically elected, and represent their constituents.
They want, and believe, that continued armed conflict is the answer, not negotiation or peace. Further, despite the obvious, both HAMAS and the Palestinians believe they are winning. Shame on those that choose conflict against peace, graft against growth, bigotry against acceptance
While once I sided with the oppressed Palestinians in my youth, time and age have changed my opinion. There will never be peace because the ‘industry’ of the UN ‘relief’ and ‘graft’ of the monies and equipment make it impossible ,combined by the bigotry of the Arabs.
Since there can never be peace, the Palestinian Territories must be either Jewish or Arab free. Sherman, faced with such a question, said that war should be terrible so it didn’t last too long. I cannot condone what Israel must now do, nor do I condone what the Palestians have already done. Sherman was right, and this is total war involving the entire population of GAZA. To have peace, the world must acknowledge the obvious, and let the conflict play out.

If Hamas was not of the Gazan people, there would not be hundreds of miles of tunnels. There would not be literal cities beneath hospitals and schools. The Hamas underground head quarters and nerve center would not be under the United nations Gaza offices.
The Gaza and Palestine that was will never be again.
