The only time political messages are not allowed on clothing is if you are flying non-rev on an airline. Paying passengers can wear what they choose if they don’t get kicked off the airplane for “arguing with the flight attendant.”
Actually, there is. 5:55 PM to 10:25 AM and costs about $1,200. There's another AA flight that backtracks to Chicago and then a direct flight to Athens.
Was it just the mugshot? Was there something written on the shirt they could reasonably claim was offensive? If its just the mug shot, I could see him successfully suing AA and them having to cough up compensation to him.
OK, if the presumption here is that the shirt is “offensive” because the grievance is of the man himself, then the psychology here is rich. This is an image of a result of a county jail MUGSHOT. The small minds of the left should be celebrating and flaunting such a display! Yet, they don’t. It’s like holy water or the cross due to the power projected from the man in the picture! The left are constantly unhappy, threatened, and aggrieved; never positive, never satisfied. They embrace adjectives like “terrified” or “horrified” at every perceived slight. There are opportunities within this emotional projection and this particular one will likely be an out of court financial reward.
Che is ok, rainbow is ok, mao is ok, someone who wants to keep this country from going under is not, sue baby sue, use thier own woke tactics against them
I’d say, “Sure it can! Just put YOUR PICTURE ON IT!”.......................
