On Thursday’s broadcast of Newsmax TV’s “The Record,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus and Newsmax Legal Analyst Alan Dershowitz stated that if she shared his critiques of the conviction of 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump at Harvard Law, “I’d be booed, I’d be denied the right to come into my class, because they would love this verdict,” because “young lawyers today don’t care about justice. They just want their side to win.”

DeSantis just said he will stump campaign for Trump.
Biden is not a president. He’s a tyrant.
He may be aged, demented, a criminal, thief and pedo…but he’s a tyrant nevertheless.
If you just listen carefully, the Democrats are only saying ‘Democracy is under assault’ but it’s only Democratic democracy they are pumping, nothing is unifying.
Lawyers are snake shxt to begin with.
I’m waiting to see how quickly Dersh flips on Trump and proclaims the USSC shouldn’t get involved. He still proclaims the USSC did the wrong thing in Bush v Gore.
Partisanship, yes, but it’s all the partisanship of one party.
...... Well .... And apparently all we did was just look the other way while 99% of our educational institutions were infiltrated and eventually run by enemies of our nation who then turned our schools and universities into Communist Anti-American Indoctrination centers. Now we have fatal dose of whole generations of Unpatriotic Anti-American citizens in our midst.
.... Question: Why was next to nothing ever done to prevent this from happening??
.
Power comes from the barrel of a gun”
It’s time the Democrats learn this.
....
They know that and they are coming. Obama set all of the firepower into the hands of the leftists.
I wonder if he’s going to vote for Biden again. When he comes out and says he’s voting for Trump this time, maybe then I’ll start to take him more seriously. Until then, he’s just a guy who’s trying to have it both ways.
Patriots are ready and this trail will open open the eyes that were asleep.
That’s why he’d be booed and barred from Harvard Law. Because he’s right. Unforgivable.
Tribe is far worse.
Dershowitz suffers from humongous cognitive dissonance. He long ago realized the Democrats had become the arch enemy of the people of the US, yet he continued to vote for the Democrats - snd did so beyond all reason or good sense. Hillary and then twice for Obama! Those choices are nothing short of mania in his part.
“...Mao was right:
“Power comes from the barrel of a gun...”
I think it was ALSO Mao, who said: “God is a Bullet.” And besides, Mao was just putting a more modern spin on a very old idea. For example, in a previous generation, the fellow who wrote under the pen name “Ragnar Redbeard” said in “Might is Right”
“...All laws, commandments, or doctrines as to not doing to another what you do not wish done to you, have no inherent authority whatever, but receive it only from the club, the gallows, and the sword...”
I AM TIRED OF HEARING FROM DERSH THAT HE IS DISGUSTED WITH WHAT IS HAPPPENING AND YET HE IS STILL A LEFTIE.
GO AWAY...WE NEED PROVEN PATRIOTS NOW NOT EQUILIVATING MORONS
WE...THE FAITHFUL AND THE TRULY ...GOOD...WILL SAVE THIS MARVELOUS COUNTRY.
Many lawyers already are considered to be creeps. Dershowitz essentially says that this trend will continue to grow. Great...just great.
“He has contributed to screwed up world we live in today”
He has contributed BIGLY to screwed up world we live in today
You’re right the concept of strength, in whatever form, is more powerful than words as every form of rule or law is derived from someone or group using violence or the threat of violence to enforce it’s dictates.
Mao just eliminates the niceties of society enforcement of its codes.
Indeed.
Just as we discover (often the hard way), the single most important rule of life back in the grammar school playground, namely that: “Fists win more arguments than words EVER will.”
