JUST IN: NBC reports that Trump's defense team is "newly animated" and have "cracked" a smile while the District Attorney's team looks "tense and apprehensive" in New York.
The moment came as the jury submitted a second note to Judge Merchan, asking him to give the instructions again.
"The District Attorney’s team looks tense and apprehensive. Todd Blanche, on Trump’s defense team, just cracked a tight smile. Trump, Blanche and Emil Bove, another one of Trump's attorneys, are whispering amongst themselves and look newly animated," NBC reported.
Jurors were then dismissed for the day after a few hours of deliberations.
"You must not google or otherwise search for information about the case," Merchan said.
Deliberations will continue tomorrow at 9:30.
Juan thinks he’s back home in Bogata. It’s really sad New Yawk couldn’t find and American “judge” for and American President. You’d never find a Columbian politician being tried by a Caucasian American judge.
“Keep praying for the Jury to make the right decision and find President Trump not guilty.”
Am also praying... that these radical leftists get exactly what they so richly deserve....
in spades.
“Most likely one or more jurors are holding out and somebody is trying to bully them into following Merchans insane instructions.”
\/
theyve hog tied trump by forcing him to stay at courthouse...
so he cant campaign.
they also need time to “ check” the cameras at the prison...
With Charles Middleton as the “Chief Prosecutor!” (Emperor Ming!)
I also said I would have to acquit.
since fuzz is a lefty freak it should be interesting to see how he validates his statement re the judge. the judge is a full blown communist, no matter if he’s been here a week or a lifetime.
One thing is certain, with asking for repeating the instructions...they’re all not on the same page. So hung at least at this point.
He came to NYC when he was 6.
that’s right.
It may be that one of the attorneys...(Or a hidden juror) is explaining Merchan’s instruction...and the juror(s) are saying...no...that’s not what he said.
Well, the jury has to pretend they are deliberating for a few days.
Amen
I have been on a jury, criminal case. The evidence and the instructions were on the table in front of us. Period. This was in NY.
They don’t have to. Their kids and neighbors….
THAT TRAIN LEFT THE STATION MONTHS & MONTHS AGO.
Someone posted the link to the jury instructions on the New York State website. I picked a few seemingly important pages, such as how certain pieces of evidence may be considered, and why they were admitted, etc. Even having it printed in front of me and reading it several times it was still not clear for your average lay person to piece all of those individual things together. Now imagine trying to do that without being able to reference that copy and by memory of what some bailiff or court officer read to you.

Excellent insight. I wonder how common that is in other New York Court rooms.? In such a complex case, it is obvious the judge is trying to cause confusion for a specific result. I’ve skim read the jury instructions, which are conveniently posted online, and there’s no way a non-legal person could comprehend all of that, by listening to it, nor, reading it just once.
Paging Jerry Maguire. Please pick up the GREEN courtesy phone.
Lord, we pray that the jurors will not be intimidated by fear, will not be blinded by prejudice, and will not abide with evil.
We petition Thee to intervene. We ask that Your Light and Your Truth would shine upon this courtroom. We ask for mercy and justice for those who are persecuted by the left, for President Trump and for the J6 prisoners.
in His name we do pray
