JUST IN: NBC reports that Trump's defense team is "newly animated" and have "cracked" a smile while the District Attorney's team looks "tense and apprehensive" in New York.
The moment came as the jury submitted a second note to Judge Merchan, asking him to give the instructions again.
"The District Attorney’s team looks tense and apprehensive. Todd Blanche, on Trump’s defense team, just cracked a tight smile. Trump, Blanche and Emil Bove, another one of Trump's attorneys, are whispering amongst themselves and look newly animated," NBC reported.
Jurors were then dismissed for the day after a few hours of deliberations.
"You must not google or otherwise search for information about the case," Merchan said.
Deliberations will continue tomorrow at 9:30.

The longer the jury deliberates the better the chance for a hung jury.
Guess they don’t know their history. I am not making a comparison with Hitler except to the point that Hitler became more powerful than they ever thought possible when they put him in jail.
He left Columbia when he was like 5 or 6 years old.
Most likely one or more jurors are holding out and somebody is trying to bully them into following Merchans insane instructions. The prosecution never said what the underlying crime was. How does a defendant defend if he doesn’t know what he is accused of and the jury can simply pick anything on the buffet table. There is a basic due process problem here and Merchan’s instructions have only made it worse. I still expect a conviction but the longer it goes the better Trump’s chances are. It will however be very hard if there are only one or two holdouts because everyone probably wants to go home by this point.
Things have really gotten bad when we can’t trust the FBI.
They are desequestered so that friends and relatives can hound them for GUILTY.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the judge has their phones taken away tomorrow so they can search their phones.
Maximum Juan just giddy about giving Trump six months to a year confinement.

The second note said: "You told us again and we still don't understand WTF you said. Can you explain yourself better?"
