Media going to gaslight us all the way to the election?

I haven’t seen a single thing that has decreased in price. Everything is way more expensive than it was in 2020.

Imagine what food would cost with 20 million fewer mouths to feed.

A can of tuna went up $1.00 but has now dropped .7 cents.
Government reports food prices are plummeting.

Two points:
One, the government lies all the time.
Two, so what if grocery prices really did fall a little? That’s like saying there was 20 gallons of water now flooding into your basement each hour. But now it’s only 18.
Hurray!

Data released by the Labor Department? When there is news from a credible source let me know. Until then and until I can see it with my own eyes this is horeseshit. More lies from FJB and his gang.
They actually expect anyone to believe this crap?

Probably seasonally adjusted. Prices went up but they are supposed to go up at this time of year so they actually went down compared to what they could have gone up. Also there is the problem of horizontal substitution. Prime rib might have gone up 100% but you can eat ze bugs instead so the cost of protein has been dropping compared to where we were just two years ago.
Oh and internet speeds are 100% faster than 5 years ago, so in fact the cost dropped 30% after the 20% increas... blah blah blah.
They just lie.

LOL!
Sure it went down.
That $1.99 for a dozen eggs went down to $1.50 for 8 eggs.
That 30oz. pack of cookies for $4.99, now it’s only $3.49 for 19oz.

More like 20 gallons an hour is now “ONLY” 19.96 gallons an hour. 0.2 of 1% isn’t even measurable in terms of groceries across the country. There is such a thing as significant figures and this one isn’t.

Yes, they will gaslight us until the election, and then after, too. That’s all they know how to do.
