A majority of swing state voters said there is “not really any chance” they would cast a vote for President Joe Biden, a New York Times/Siena/Philadelphia Inquirer poll recently found, underscoring Biden’s tough road to reelection.
The poll asked respondents, “Would you say there’s some chance you will support Joe Biden or not really any chance?”
52 percent said not really any chance Four percent said some chance Two percent did not know Among the 52 percent who said there was no chance they would vote for Biden, nine percent voted for Biden in 2020, and seven percent considered themselves Democrats.

Replacing an incumbent President who has name recognition, a ton of money, and over 3,000+ delegates is highly unlikely.
If they go that route their convention would be a disaster, with different factions splintering all over the place.
The time to switch out Biden was a couple of years ago, with him backing his successor both publicly & financially.

This is a NY Times scheme to get democrats worked up.
As described, the one-county EV would require Constitutional amendment.
But a state could propose awarding its EVs on a one vote per county basis. SCOTUS would likely strike it down, but it would be worth a shot.

Last time the moms were tired of the noise, mean tweets, constant Trump stuff, so they opted for the safe candidate, the old man who would bring everyone together. So now we're all together, all together suffering.
You dont need a vote by county, but a vote by CD. They do in NE and Maine. Actually more constitutional than EV by state. The popular vote winner gets the 2 EV for the 2 senators. The Rs have more CDs in WI, AZ, PA, etc than dems. It would also set back election fraud for a generation. Of course the the retards controlled all the rust belt states they wouldnt change their law to do it, because they are thr retardicans.
