NEW YORK — New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan blamed Donald Trump’s attorney Susan Necheles in court Thursday for not sufficiently objecting in real time to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels’s detailed testimony this week — and again said Daniels’s testimony does not warrant a mistrial.
In the lead-up to his ruling against a mistrial, Merchan observed that there were “many times when Ms. Necheles could have objected but didn’t.” The judge acknowledged that he wished New York prosecutors hadn’t asked Daniels certain questions. But in a biting review of Necheles’s performance as Trump’s defense lawyer, Merchan cited one incident as a key example: Daniels’s allegation Tuesday that Trump did not use a condom when they had sex. Trump and his team have previously denied he had sex with Daniels. “Why on earth she wouldn’t object to the mention of a condom, I don’t understand,” Merchan said.
During her testimony Tuesday, Daniels described her alleged 2006 sexual encounter with Trump in a way that could be viewed as unwanted, though she did not say she was assaulted. She told prosecutors that she was concerned Trump did not use a condom but that she never expressed that to him. Trump’s lawyers argued Thursday that Daniels’s testimony amounted to a “dog whistle for rape.” In ruling against the defense’s motion for a mistrial, Merchan said that prosecutors had the right to “rehabilitate” Daniels’s credibility to the jury, given that Trump’s team denies a sexual encounter ever took place. He also criticized the cross-examination for going into “ad nauseam” details about Daniels’s testimony.

Here is the issue from my point of view. Trump is meticulous. Everything is scheduled, checked, rechecked and rechecked again. That’s what a Project Manager does and Trump is one of the best Project Managers on the planet. He would have schedules of everything he has ever done with notes to go along with it.
So my question is, why hasn’t his schedule from the time the Kielbasa Queen made the accusation been brought up in court? Oh wait, she already said she never had sex with Trump. I believe that is documented, so why is this trial even happening? /We know the answer.

Of course, there’s a lot missing from this article. Such as Trump lawyers put in place a standing objection to Daniels testimony and every question she was asked by the prosecutor. This is done in some jury trials because it keeps the lawyer from having to object to every question and be hated by the jury for doing it.
The defense objected both to Daniels testimony generally, and to inappropriate paths the questioning and answers would go down (which they did), and Merchan over-ruled their objections and even denied doing so.
Salacious testimony has tainted the jury.
Of course it was not defenses fault. She just let the judge relly hang himself. And he did.

Merchan knows this will be overturned on appeal. He doesn’t care. he’ll be a hero to the left, as will every last one of the jurors who promised “impartiality” when they were ready to pronounce him guilty before they even sat down. Appeals take time, one thing Trump is running out of before the election.
Most notable absence from the so-called ‘testimony’ session was failure of DJT’s atty to question whether she was lying now...or when she previously flat out denied that anything she said in court ever happened.
