NYPD is investigating the viral footage of a 45-year-old woman getting strangled and r*ped on the sidewalk at East 152nd Street and Third Avenue.
According to new information as reported by the New York Post, the woman had been in contact the NYPD.
She was reportedly r*ped between the two cars as she laid there unconscious.
The incident is being investigated by NYPD’s Special Victims Unit however the woman is no longer participating in the investigation.
The man fled the scene and has still not been caught.

Now, we see a story about a woman on a street to drag, strangle, and rape a woman on a street, and my first thought when I read the story was not how outlandish and vile it was, but...

I have always wondered when law enforcement would wise up to the many and varied ‘old school’ methods to ‘capture’ and immobilize.
Some illegal scum bag attacks this woman while another apparently unrelated illegal scum bag films the entire thing and does nothing to stop it. He narrates the entire thing to his other presumably illegal scum bag friend sitting next to him in the apartment.
