WASHINGTON — President Biden blurted Wednesday that one of his childhood Catholic school teachers was drafted by the Green Bay Packers — an assertion disproven by a simple check of publicly available NFL records.
The 81-year-old president shared the false claim as he boasted of his connection to Wisconsin sports fans during a trip to the swing state.
“My theology professor at the Catholic school I went to was a guy named Reilly — last name — and he had been drafted by the Green Bay Packers,” Biden said in Racine, south of Milwaukee.
“And he decided to become a priest before that, so he didn’t go. But every single solitary Monday that Green Bay won, we got the last period of the day off.”

I had 16 years of Catholic education. Never did I have a theology professor.
But Joe Biden makes up crazy shit off the top of his head. And it’s not because he’s senile. He always did.

.......was just thinking......, for a long time (decades) Jimmah WAS considered the worst president, then Clinton the filanderering, felony purgererist pulled ahead of him, then Obama pulled ahead of both of them and now Biden is 100 yards out in front of Jimmy, Clinton, Obiden and Biden.
A few things can be said about Jimmy though, to wit:
1. He was a patriot even though a misquided one.
2. He was a devout and practicing Christian.
3. He was loyal to his wife.
4. He did not enrich himself to tens of millions of dollars
5. He loved America.
6. He worked to help the poor people after his presidency.

Now my high school Latin teacher WAS drafted in 1937 by the NY Football Giants. Leo Paquin was one of Fordham’s Seven Blocks of Granite and spent his adult career, save four years in the USN, teaching Latin and English and coaching football at Xavier HS in Manhattan.
When he visit North Carolina, Riley last name battled Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt in the Charlotte 600 race...
