I was privileged to listen to John Eastman speak twice and lay out his case at David Horowitz Freedom Center events, including at the Restoration Weekend in New Orleans and at an event in Los Angeles. Both times, Eastman spoke compellingly about what he had gone through in the lawfare campaign to destroy him for representing Trump.
State Bar Judge Yvette Roland, a Kamala donor, who had specialized in employment law, as a president of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, had been appointed to the State Bar Court by former Speaker Toni Atkins, whose main claim to fame was being the first lesbian in that position, who lacks a fraction of Eastman’s legal knowledge or acumen, announced that Eastman’s law license would be suspended because he had committed the crime of representing Trump.
Now, the Kamala judge is doubling down by refusing to hear an appeal, because, according to the leftist, “Eastman’s motion fails to demonstrate that he no longer presents a threat to the public.”
What exactly does this “threat to the public” entail?
Representing conservatives against leftists. So obviously an appeal based on his current caseload of representing conservatives wasn’t going to work.
Those are the very grounds on which Roland declared him a threat to the public. And by the public, she means the Left.
The judge said, she still views him as a danger to the public, not least because he has refused to accept responsibility for any of the misconduct she said he committed.
Eastman is a threat because he’s still fighting. And the whole point of the exercise is to neutralize the political threats.

This “clown” is, as I understand her title, a “State Bar Judge” which to me means she presides over disciplinary hearings related to members of the California State Bar Association. So, she’s not a REAL judge.
However, she does very well illustrate judges in general and how BAD judges have become in recent decades. The “oath” they take they are just kidding themselves on and all the rest of us. It’s meaningless and these dishonest lawyers/judges are rendering great harm to our country.
We need to create in each state a real court of justice dedicated only to lawyers and judges. That court or “tribunal” would hear both sides arguments in a closed, secure courtroom and render a verdict immediately but in no event longer than 30 days. Each year, the court/tribunal membership would be changed so that it doesn’t have time to become corrupt like our rotten legislatures.
The court tribunal would have 9 PROMINENT people but no more than 3 lawyers. It’s opinion would be FINAL and their only option in terms of punishment would be 1-5 years disbarrment at which time they could re-apply for bar admission.
There are many candidates (Judges and lawyers) but a few of the premier ones would be Juan Merchan, McAfeee, Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith and others.
Yvette Roland is a threat to the public with her arbitrary and vindictive conduct of office.
