With seven months to go until November's presidential election and the majority of polls showing the presumptive presidential candidates Donald Trump and Joe Biden are basically neck-and-neck, the pair both need every vote they can to secure the keys to the White House.
But Trump, the Republican former president, may be hampering his chances at success because of his standing with one key demographic in the adult voting population: women.
Polls show that the proportion of women who plan to vote for Trump in November is less than the proportion who voted for him in the 2020 election. Meanwhile, experts told Newsweek Trump's views on abortion and his recent legal cases involving women will impact voter behavior on polling day.
Newsweek contacted a representative for Trump by email to comment on this story.
In 2020, Trump's vote share among women in the 2020 election improved from 2016, rising from 39 percent to 44 percent while Biden won 55 percent of the vote, according to analysis from the Pew Research Center.
But according to a January Quinnipiac University poll of registered voters, 58 percent of women now back Biden while 36 percent back Trump. In December, the same polling company found the gap was 53 percent to 41 percent, showing Trump's support among women is declining.
An April poll by The New York Times and Siena College, known as the most accurate pollster in the country, also gave Biden a 16-point lead over Trump among women, with 53 percent of the vote share to Trump's 37 percent.

There may be other options. For any conservative candidate, trying to triangulate the issue as in option #1 won't work, because the Leftist Media won't allow it.
Option #2 is also a stretch for a conservative, since the media won't allow that either.
And of course, Option #3 is considered to be suicide by many on this forum. I admit that acknowledging that "honesty" is considered stupid, self-destructive, and naive by people I might consider my allies is disconcerting and depressing to me.
John Adam's famous quote "Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." is one that I keep in mind, and I can't see how being immoral to achieve political success will work in this country. It would only seem to me to invite more immorality.
I get fully this is a "straight jacket" that the Left likes to use on conservatives, and nothing will change there. That's politics. How do we get by that? I thought Trump's acceptance and approval of sending it BACK to the States (where it SHOULD have never, ever left) is the best option, IMO.
Trump’s problem is with Marxists and the emotionally handicapped college indoctrinated self-depreciating females. Can’t fix stupid. Better they stay woke and support the DNC as Blacks separate into two groups, one hood-winked and the other integrated into the American society at large. The democrats have a shrinking Little Tent.
Women have always voted 60-40 democrat since the beginning of time. That’s the reason the Founding Fathers didn’t give them the vote because they knew most women would vote for the candidate who promised to take care of them.

Single vs. married is probably where you’d see the biggest difference.
That’s why over the years Democrats have made being married more financially difficult and divorce financially rewarding for women.
Think of it this way: depending on the poll Trump will get about one third of the Black male vote. Black women are overwhelmingly for Biden. A clear example in one segment of the population.
well since Trump is leading Biden, that only means that Biden is doing even worse among men than Trump is among women!
The thing is that 8 years ago, there were more married women than today. So more of them voted for Trump.

How many women are married in 2016? 2020? 2024?
So, he’s doing worse than ever among women yet leads the far-left CNN poll by six points.
There’s A reason for that. For the last half-century girls have been taught to rebel against strong male leadership. They don’t like a man that acts like a man in the female population in many parts of America now. They refuse traditional gender roles, which is at the core of our society’s decay. That’s the single biggest problem humanity faces today. People can’t be put in their place. You can’t tell people “NO” anymore.
If you believe Biden won the 2020 election, you don’t have the sense God gave a piss-ant.
