My house in NJ rattled for 5 seconds, on phone with coworkers in Albany and Westchester NY, they had issues at the same time. This was about 30 sec ago.
Either that or DEW (Direct Energy Weapon) use. However, since I don’t give much credence that climate change is a real threat to the extent that we are in danger, I have to defer to something where I know humans have undisputed involvement, and that it absolutely presents a clear & present danger, I’ll go with attributing it to the DEW. 🙂👍
Just discovered him about a year ago.
I was on Dutchsinse’ channel this morning when earthquake hit. Yikes... felt in 5-6 states.
Eccentric, but accurate as is possible as a forecaster.
Forecast 2 days ago that a 4-5mag earthquake would strike anywhere from DC to NY in the next week.
Being covered on CNN & Fox (checked but not watching).
Looks like about 10 minutes ago:
I’m in Westbury off Jericho. Lasted 20-25 seconds. First thought it was heavy work trucks on Jericho but it lasted. Blinds shook, windows rattled loudly, floor shook. Funny thing. I feed a feral cat. With all the rain his water bowl was filled to top. When I went out not a drop had spilled. Area around bowl was totally dry.l
I just got an alert on my phone, 2 hours has passed, idiots
I caught the reference to the biblical verses.(Matt. 24:7, Mark 13:8)
I think this qualifies.
LOL same here. The alert scared me more than the quake did.
Now it’s snowing here.
I’m about 16 miles due west of Manhattan. Our whole house shook at least 30 seconds non stop.
Windmills, and don’t forget the acres of solar panels!
Interesting that a similar size quake hit on the opposite (west) side of the U.S. about 20-20 minutes apart from the east coast quake.
Contrast that to micro quakes we've had around here that remind you of a storybook giant banging his hammer hard on a giant anvil. Loud and gone in an instant. Very different; always exciting. :-)
(Chris Christie fell off the bed.)
Pound-for-pound he’s our best Democrat disguised as a Republican
Ten to fifteen minutes.
Under Siege 2
(2 minutes 15 seconds of totality)
Wow
(We have not even had the eclipse yet. Grin)
Told someone yesterday that I expected things would happen a week before or a week after, not the day of, if anything.
With all the talk about Nineveh, 40 days after would be a time to consider.
(Forecast 2 days ago that a 4-5mag earthquake would strike anywhere from DC to NY in the next week.)
Wow
heh
"The Ramapo Fault zone is a system of faults between the northern Appalachian Mountains and Piedmont areas to the east.
Spanning more than 185 miles (298 km) in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, it is perhaps the best known fault zone in the Mid-Atlantic region, and some small earthquakes have been known to occur in its vicinity."
