My house in NJ rattled for 5 seconds, on phone with coworkers in Albany and Westchester NY, they had issues at the same time. This was about 30 sec ago.
Phil Murphy said he wanted to make NJ like California, but this is taking things too far.
That’s just east of Allentown/Easton PA
The reported epicenter of this thing is remarkably close to Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ.
So it’s “Trump’s fault”...again
Good pun
It’s a small world friend !!!
LOL Yes. 4.8 is NOTHING here
“First Taiwan, now New Jersey. It’s those pesky Chinese and their Earthquake Weapon at it again...”
Everyone knows that earthquakes are caused by climate change (although there is a growing consensus that they are caused by the clot shot).
Heading into shower, please update later.
Thanks. Will be looking that up.
Hunter Biden was hiding in your attic?
Dutchsinse has been forecasting earthquakes for years.
Here is a link to a live report that he’s going to have in a couple of minutes on this morning’s US east coast earthquake.

This is his update from earlier this morning:

You could be right. Earthquakes are becoming more frequent and intense with rising atmospheric CO2 levels.
Occurred on a mapped fault north of Oldwick NJ. Fault divides Precambrian and Triassic rock formations.
The joke going around Philly Twitter is that GOD was mad at the new Phillies City Connect Jerseys.
A warning sign form the Lord to stop the lawfare being directed against Donald John Trump?
That climate change is a beyotch
NYC hospitals reporting rectal thermometers were waving around like Pride flags at a Democrat political convention.
Here’s a pretty good description https://www.usgs.gov/programs/earthquake-hazards/earthquake-booms-seneca-guns-and-other-sounds
30 seconds must feel like an eternity in a earth quake. I felt a couple of somewhat smaller ones in L. A., but they felt much shorter in duration. Not a lot of noise, either.
The only earthquake I experienced was when I was working for IBM in 1977. The epicenter of the 6.5 quake was southwest of San Jose, CA. To minimize damage from earthquakes, I learned that their low-rise buildings had minimal foundations and were designed to allow some movement of the bldg during earthquakes. It felt like the bldg bounced on the land and exploded when it came back down.
I can’t imagine what a 6.5 would do to NYC.
Does anyone want to predict how long it will be before some media idiot claims the earthquake was the result of climate change?
