The lawfare is outrageous and out of control. Rudy Giuliani can’t practice law in New York. Even Kari Lake is being sued for defamation to try to tie her down while she is running for office. One decent person after another has been or is being attacked. When Democrats can’t win on policy issues, they simply sue you to bankrupt you. This needs fixing badly.
No one ever wanted to overturn the results of the 2020 election! What was wanted was a fair counting of actual votes.

A communist lawyer in a black robe has recommended the disbarring of John Eastman based on the wildly unsupported assertion that there was an effort to "overturn" the results of the 2020 election.
The California judge may not know the difference between honest questioning of election results and trying to reverse the results.
Should the California judge (corrupt lawer in black robes) be disbarred for incompetence? Accusations are enough for communists.
The growing volume of evidence that the 2020 election was fixed, is enormous, widespread, and compelling.

The headline says “disbars” the article says “recommends that he be disbarred”
Which is it?
One is more dictatorially totalitarian than the other.
Evil is as evil does. We’ve allowed too many camels’ noses under the tents of America.
Words matter and the use of the word “overturn” is incorrect.
How do you “overturn” something that on its face is wrong?
In the scam “election” that consisted of mail in ballots ginned up by Democrat litigation thus creating fraud there was nothing to “overturn”, just correct.
That’s all Trump and many others were doing, they were simply trying to shine sunshine on the fraud.

The democrats in blue states act like Imams enforcing Sharia law. Once they’re in the majority and have one party Democrat rule, all other infidels are subject to second class status.

Eastman, and any other conservative attorney, needs to move out of California and other blue states and move to a state that does not persecute attorneys based upon their political views. Lawyers who have been disbarred in one state can continue their practice in other states, unless or until disbarment is also imposed in those states.
