Former Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel has come out against former President Trump’s promise to free the January 6 prisoners. McDaniel voiced her opposition during a Sunday interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” — the network where she is now a paid contributor.
“I want to be very clear. The violence that happened on January 6 is unacceptable. It doesn’t represent our country. It certainly does not represent my party,” McDaniel told interviewer and co-worker Kristen Welker.
“If you attacked our Capitol and you have been abused and you’ve been convicted, then that should stay,” McDaniel continued.
McDaniel said she only spoke out now because she didn’t want to disagree with Trump while leading the RNC.

Loyalty? You call what she is saying now loyalty? She stabbed him in the back several times. She threw him under the bus because of Jan.6th, and didn’t advocated that he won the primary until he absolutely destroyed Stikky Nikky. She should have ended the primary after Desantis dropped out.

While Trump is awesome he is not a God-like being able to watch over and constantly monitor those who purport to be his supporters while dealing with being attacked on so many other fronts simultaneously.
I’m in awe that he’s stood up strong this far and gains more power from every new attack levied upon him when most would have thrown in the towel. “I need this man. He fights.”

It should be remembered that if you are going to move against someone you had better be able to take them out because if you do not there will be blowback.
Ronna had deep RINO support. Until Trump could remove her he needed to give some lip service. Just as in his 1st term he needed to give some positions to party loyalists who worked against him and that Mitch would confirm.
