FNC’s Compagno: As a Republican, I Am ‘Sick and Tired’ of Marjorie Taylor Greene’s ‘Tantrum’
Breitbart ^ | 22 Mar 2024 | PAM KEY

Posted on 03/22/2024 8:58:39 PM PDT by E. Pluribus Unum

Fox News host Emily Compagno said Friday on “Outnumbered'” that as a Republican, she was “sick and tired” of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA) for her attempt to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), which she called a “tantrum.”

Compagno said, “I feel like we are seeing yet another tantrum by a tiny faction of that conference that is disrupting the entire machine that we just exhaustively waited for to get back on track. And here were are again; watching someone steal the time, steal the audio, steal the limelight, steal the attention. She says we should have our attention on the illegals steaming across the border on a million other things — no or attention is on you while you gave a presser.”

She continued, “I am sick and tired of it as a Republican and as an American citizen I want them to get to work. I love Speaker Johnson. Who would be better than him MTG? What is your plan?”

Compagno added, “I don’t want my legislature taking two days up to vote for that to figure everything out, to look incompetent during a presidential election year. This is the last thing I want to be subjected with. It’s frankly at a minimum it’s disappointing.”

. . . disrupting the entire machine . . . .

May I *please* have a government shut down?

She’s a frequent guest on Gutfeld, and usually has a very conservative opinion, like almost everyone on Gutfeld.

Yep. But hey, we got our knee jerk talking points to fall back on.

The Dems have been gradually building their coalition for decades. It's now to the point where there are no moderates left, they are all far left. The would have never built that coalition if they'd have had the same purity test some around here want.

According to rumors, 2 or 3 more Republican House Members may immediately resign which gives the Dems back the House and control of all 3 branches of government. When that happens all investigations will be to shut down and they won't certify Trump's probably victory even if he wins by landslide. Think SCOTUS will save the day? They Dems have already shown they are willing to ignore SCOTUS so what's to stop them from doing so again.

Some see this as standing for their principles. Others, while sharing the same goals, see this as sheer political stupidity.

Well then, let’s just cancel Outnumbered and watch only “The View”. Outnumbered does a good job and Compagno is always a strong supporter of Trump, and conservative ideals. Frankly, I’m with her. MTG needs to stop the hysteria and realize the situation Johnson is in.

Snicker, LoL
Who wants to tell her.

The machine you are yammering about does not exists. They are the Washington Generals. They are part of the Deep State. They plan to lose

Emily is right on this one.

Concur; incompetence among some Republicans makes headlines, some of whom are really in a fantasy world. They don’t seem to care if the next Speaker is Hakeem Jeffries, and Biden defeats Trump (again). I care.

That woman needs to have her hands tied, then she would not be able to speak.
No one wants to hear what she has to say anyway

It’s called ‘leadership’. MTG’s motion to vacate instead of making it privileged was symbolic. It said what needed to be said. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Concur and it’s not as if the budget negotiations produced nothing, considering the extremely slim majority.

One has to play the hand one draws and bluffing can lose everything.

I doubt it was the Democrat caucus that wanted defund UNRWA …

04:55
US Congress: UNRWA funding will be withheld at least until 2025 The American Congress has approved a proposal that prohibits the funding of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) until at least 2025. This approval came as part of the budgetary agreements that prevented the government shutdown. However, it was determined that 175 million dollars will be transferred to Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza, bypassing UNRWA, which is a significant cut compared to 2023. Foreign Minister Israel Katz welcomed the decision, noting that the ban "proves what we knew all along: UNRWA is part of the problem and cannot be part of the solution. UNRWA will not be part of Gaza after Hamas disappears from Gaza (Daniel Edelson, New York)

MTG has more backbone than most of the RNC combined.

I did cancel Fox, it’s an awful product. We’re in a street fight with Marxists who want America to fall and airhead girls playing dress up for Rupert Murdock at Noon won’t help.

Did she say anything about the GOPee operatives cleverly resigning from their House seats to gradually give control to the Democrats?

MTG is trying to prevent Johnson from moving the goalposts. Reckless spending is becoming the norm. If so, we’re doomed anyway. Vacating the speaker chair doesn’t remove a congressional seat. And the Uni-party is gonna continue to pay republicans to retire early regardless of what happens with Johnson.
