Two vigilantes showed up to evict the three brazen squatters who are living at a Queens home after its owner was arrested after she tried to remove them.
Adele Andaloro inherited her family's home, located on 160th Street in Flushing, when her parents died, but was aghast when she discovered that squatters had moved into her childhood home last month, ABC7 News reported.
Andaloro was in the process of selling her home. She confronted the squatters and was subsequently arrested after one of the men called the police on her for changing the locks.
Furious with what is taking place, she told the news outlet: 'I'm really fearful that these people are going to get away with stealing my home,' she said.
She also shared her fear that by the time someone looks into the matter it is going to pass the 30 day mark. In New York, squatters have rights after 30 days.

That depends. I live in North Georgia with a lot of lonely dark mountain roads that have plenty of ravines and gorges.
The question isn’t’’ What hath ‘’liberalism’’ wrought? The obvious reality is “What liberalism has wrought’’.
Happened to a guy down the highway. What law permits it and why? What good is a deed or title if this is allowed to happen?

My first thought is that by the time this particular squatter story’s over, there will be a new precedent of squatters rights being evolved by the communist kangaroo courts into ownership. Under the same authority that they’re using to prosecute trump.

I seriously think the best way to deal with squatters is to hire a motorcycle gang to move in and force them out. You can have a legit rental contract with them, and the squatters will essentially self-evict.

Sounds like a plan that might work.
That said, if you can’t change the locks on your own property it’s not really your property. Freedom must be taken, not given, and it takes ongoing effort to preserve it.
Then it’s time to move into the houses of the judges and lawyers who are promoting this and make them live by their own rules.
Unfortunately, you can’t just change the locks, leave and go back to your own house. You or someone you trust have to stay there for a while to make it appear occupied, maybe with at least a baseball bat as well, after changing the locks. Or put up cameras to alert for trespassers that you must go there and deal with immediately.

The only thing that will help this is to elect more democrat politicians, and then maybe the whole thing will collapse more quickly and end the agony.

To remove squatters it is fine to use reasonale force.
Such as entering and repossessing the residence when they are absent, moving all of their possessions out and changing the locks.
Or even a little ruffianism as necessary.Thats just the way it is.
Maybe the owners are doing it wrong. Rip your clothes and claim the squatters attacked you in your own home, you were afraid for your life, tried to retreat but they wouldn’t let you go. Of course, get their DNA on you.
