They're especially likely to refuse to certify if Biden miraculously tops his 81 million vote record and "wins" the popular vote but loses the electoral college. California's ballot box-stuffing alone could do this.

Not certifying hopeful Trump 47 is another reason why Trump's tsunami of Democratic and Republican supporters need to immediately primary ALL incumbents, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and other?), replacing them Trump-supporting Congress in November.
In fact, why are we not hearing incumbent RINOs saying that they won't certify a Democratic POTUS?
