I'm 80...I have a good diet. All my food is home cooked. My new gig is walking around the rooms every time I get up from my computer. Last week...I walked 3.5 miles...it's a start...want to increase it and add some arm weights.

I also started using less salt and added 16 oz water/day plus my coffee and/or milk.

When you run the government, I can understand taking a cognitive test. However, whats the point of taking a test on a routine physical? What is it going to prove? There is no cure for Alzheimer's, all it will do is screw you over for disability or life insurance. If your mind is distracted ( white coat fear) you could easily forget a word. Its pointless, and if they try to do that to me during a physical, I will refuse to participate.

They give me a keyword I’m supposed to remember in about 5 or 6 minutes later they asked me what that key word is and I can never remember that keyword because it’s so insignificant that it doesn’t even register that it’s a test word.

They need to tell me this is a key word you’re supposed to remember and then give me the word and then I would remember it. But they’re yammering on about all kinds of crap and then they spring that special word on you.

I saw a similar test to the one Trump took years ago. It is easy to pass.
If Biden cannot pass it it means he is ready for the mental institution. But then, he was ready back when Obama was in the White House.

I get a similar test every year for my retirement exam.

I wouldn't be shocked: here he is turning up in the LA Times and NY Times opinion sections (just a Google search for his name and trump). Definitely a rabid TDS'er:
