Any ‘old school’ physician does a complete patient analysis almost unconsciously, and learns the most just by the tried and true doctor-patient conversation. Then they get to specifics like treating an injury or addressing a poor lifestyle, but no real doctor ‘ignores’ the larger patient picture unless they are told to do so by political handlers.
